Jacqueline Wilson. It is very sad.
Dustbin Baby was created in 2001.
Jacqueline Wilson's books that have been made into TV shows include "The Story of Tracy Beaker," "Hetty Feather," "Cliffhanger," and "Dustbin Baby." These TV adaptations have been well-received and have brought Wilson's popular characters to life on screen.

Well, I'm not sure what inspired Wilson to write the story, but things like this happen all the time in India, Africa and other third world countries. I read that just last October that a woman was arrested for abandoning her baby in a dustbin, which happened in Mumbai. I don't think things like this happen all that often in Britain, America and Canada, I'm not too sure about other countries. I think it is not true but based on these circumstances. By the way, Dustbin Baby is the best show I have ever seen on any childrens television series.
The main character in "Dustbin Baby" is April. She is a teenager who has experienced a difficult early life and is on a quest to uncover the truth about her past.
she had a baby that lived in a dust bin
