All US bills carry the signatures of the Secretary of the Treasury and US Treasurer who were in office when the bill's series was first printed.
As of 01/2013, the Secretary of the Treasury is Timothy Geithner and the Treasurer is Rosie Rios. Later in the year a new series will be printed when Jack Lew takes office as the new Secretary of the Treasury.

The US didn't print any $100 bills dated 1935. Please check again and post a new, separate question. Include the letter, if any, that's next to the bill's series date because that will help to determine whose signatures it would carry.
