Fried foods make the liver and gall bladder work overtime.

They have to produce chemicals enzymes inorder to digest the fat in fried foods.

If the gall bladder has to keep on producing too much gall, the individualk will eventually develope gall stones. Gall stones are hard calcine material and can be very painfull, and make the individual vomit.

Occasional fried meal, say once a week is OK!!! , but NOT twice a day.
