I think it is because they are mean and don't know what to do when they self so they bullied other kids so they have something to do . but what they don't know is that they are hurting their feelings and just making their mom and dad mad, so they need to stop bullying other kids because it is mean and a lot of people don't like it. I sure don't, not at all.
