Why would a car dealership send a check for a license refund after trading in used car for new one?
I bought a car in Florida in 2018 but being active duty I’ve since moved to Washington. After trading in my old car for my new one, I got a pretty good sized check in the mail for “license refund”. I have no idea what this means and I wanna be sure it’s something to do with my old car plates and registration (which is what I’m hoping) and not something else random before I cash it.
