The gram and ml are ONLY directly related in weight/volume of water, - ( 1 litre of water weighs 1 Kilogram, so any amount of ml is the same in grams,-but ONLY for water ! ) - If your medium is flour, the volume is much greater, if sand volume is much smaller.So without knowing the medium you question has no real answer.
