Have a scanner plugged in to see which monitor is not passing. Some times it may take several drive cycles to pass all the monitors.
How do I do my own version of a Drive Cycle for a 96 Kia Sportage? My Monitors are not ready for my smog check to pass thanks Margaret
drive cycle for 2001 dodge ram 1500
I am facing the same problem and it has to do with drive cycle that no one knows. The computer must calibrate the sensors for a certain period of time during driving. Saturn will do it for around 90 but will not tell how.
You need to run the car through it's drive cycle before the computer can perform all of it's emissions tests. Look up the drive cycle specified by Honda, perform the drive cycle, and then it should be all set.
Have a scanner determine which item(s) is not "ready" yet then repost.
The system probably hasn't completed its drive cycle. The year, make and model info would help us.

Two parts to the answer - theory first - Fix problem and then drive car through a "drive cycle". The sensors are checked on a periodic schedule by the computer. Drive cycle is the number of miles driven it takes for the computer to do the next check on the sensor related to the repair. I do not know the miles for the s2000, but typical is 100 miles. Part 2 - If passing inspection is the issue, the auto parts house can reset your light with their computer code reader, but the computer will not show the sensor in question as "ready" until the repairs are made and the drive cycle is complete. In most states, the computer must show "ready" in all categories to pass inspection.
You can't force your menstrual cycle, it will start only when it is ready to do so. You can't force your body to ovulate and thus to menstruate until it is ready.
ReadyDrive
A combo of hiway and city driving over a course of 2 days. If still not ready then drive for a week prior to retest. Gas level should be between 1/4 to 3/4 full during this time
You were ready to start your cycle.
