they are wiggling because you can move,delete them when they are wiggling.If they're not wiggling you can't move,delete them.Also to make them wiggle u have to hold down one of the apps.And to make them stop press the homescreen button (the square)on the bottom of iPod.

∙ 11y agoIf you hold your finger down on an app, they all wiggle so that you can move them around. If it has a little cross in the corner, you can delete it too. If it doesn't you can't.
