It depends on what Windows version you are on. On Windows 10, go to Settings then go to accounts then chose what account you want to use like Mircosoft account or local that on the computer.

Get an answer to what? If you mean here, you don't need to sign in using Facebook. You can create an account here and use that instead. I technically have a Facebook account, but I never use it (and in fact I've forgotten what the password is, since it's been at least two years since I signed into it).
i know i hate that ihve this account with so many cool things and it doesnt let me login. but a nother reason might be because if you have already signed in using one account you cant sign in with another
No, people cannot take money from your account using only your account number and routing number - that information exists on every check that you write, so anyone to whom you send a check would then have unlimited access to your account if that was all it took. If, however, you have given someone a signed form allowing pre-authorized withdrawals (for bill payment purposes) then they can take money from your account using only the account number and routing number.
