there could be any number of reasons for this including the way you drive the car. i would try the following simple things assuming the car is in reasonable running order (ie engine runs smoothly and no smoke etc). pump up your tyres to reccomended pressure
remove heavy objects from vehicle
replace air filter
do oil and oil filter service
replace spark plugs
replace ingnition leads failing that it will require a proper tech to diagnose your problem
