Could be a zillion reasons but the first one that comes to mind is fuel pump, assuming it cranks over but doesn't start.

In park turn your wheels to the right, now you can see it over the pasenger side front wheel, look for the spark wire's goint into it.
If ignition problems still persist after replacing the neutral safety switch on a 1995 Chevy S10 check the starter. A broken starter will result in a car which will not be able to turn over the engine.
