Two things
DONT USE Platinum or those multi point plugs.
Millies run best on STD COPPER Denso or similar.
I have had 3 mechanics tell me the same for this car.
You may have caused a short in your wiring. These wire sets get brittle and when you change the plugs pulling them off and putting them back on, you may have inadvertantly damaged one or more.
Do yourself a favour and simply replace the whole set, or you will be all weekend trying to figure out which one has the short.

Every time that a spark plug its changed, the new plug needs to be calibrated ( regularly at .45 ), sometimes the new plugs are not calibrated.
On top of the cylinder head
On the Millenia, each plug has its own coil; there is no distributor. The coils are connected directly to the spark plugs on each cylinder.
Follow the wires from the spark plugs and they will go to the distributor unless the engine does not have one and has a coil pack.
on the millenia missfire, check your catalytic converters it has 3 chances are one or more has fallen into pieces in the pipe where do people come up with guesses like these? random miss on a millenia is most likely electrical. definitely NOT cats. if you have a 2.5, check your ign wires, spark plugs, and ign distributor. if you have a 2.3, check plugs and coil packs
To replace the spark plugs on a 2000 Mazda Millenia S, first, ensure the engine is cool and disconnect the negative battery terminal. Remove the engine cover if necessary, then locate the spark plugs and disconnect the ignition coils or wires. Use a spark plug socket and ratchet to carefully unscrew the old plugs, and replace them with new ones, ensuring they are properly gapped. Reassemble everything by reconnecting the ignition coils or wires and the battery terminal.
ngk 3741(pzfr5f). do NOT use pzfr5f-11. -11 means the gap is 1.1mm, WAY to big
The 2000 Mazda Millenia uses a coil-on-plug ignition system, which means it does not have a traditional distributor. Instead, it has individual coil packs for each cylinder that provide spark directly to the spark plugs. This design improves ignition efficiency and performance compared to older systems that relied on a distributor.
The Mazda 5 does not have glow plugs. Maybe you meant spark plugs?
Whenever I am unsure as to what plugs to use in anything I always consult SPARKPLUGS.COM. They have a online guide that cannot be beat. Marien inboard and outboards are also covered.
A Mazda 6 s requires 6 plugs, A Mazda 6 i requires 4
The Mazda Tribute has 4 plugs (4-cylinder) The 3.0L V-6 has six plugs.
