bismillah means in the name of Allah "god"
Muslims say that to start every thing by the name of Allah "god" not only handwash
this make Muslims so close to their God

Ahmadiyya Jamaat has no different qalima than what Islam taught us. No matter where we (what you refer as Qadianis) are, not just in Rabwah we use same qalima which is: لا اله الا الله محمد رسول الله The Kalimah may be same , but the qadianis have one major diversion in their religion which make them non Muslims , they do not believe in the finality of prophet Mohammad, peace be upon him, (At least in Pakistan they are not ready to take the Oath of the finality of prophet of Muhammad Peace be upon him).
