This is just speculation on my part, but I suspect it's something like this:
Oracle makes their money on licensing the database, and it's to their advantage to have a "pet" OS where they can make any enhancements the database needs directly without having to trust that, say, Microsoft will say "Sure, Oracle, we'll make that change you need in Windows Server 2008 so you can sell your database at the expense of our own SQL Server".
Oracle can afford to give away Solaris to help drive Oracle Enterprise Server sales.
Solaris is a licensed product; you cannot download it for free. However, a free version, OpenSolaris, can be downloaded.
Windows XP is a proprietary operating system from Microsoft while Solaris is a highly scalable UNIX operating system from Sun Microsystems. Solaris runs on SPARC-based and x86-based hardware. Although Solaris was originally developed as proprietary software most of it is now open source and can be downloaded for free.

Linux The others are proprietary.
There are a number of free operating systems for personal computers. They include Linux, NetBSD, GNU, Open Solaris, Darwin, Free DOS, AROS, eCOS and Haiku.
Unix can be used on a large number of mainframes, servers, and workstations. If you would like to use a certified UNIX system on commodity hardware, Solaris 10 can be downloaded free of charge for non-commercial use.
You can't in a normal level. When you unlock the final level, you are Super Sonic in that level.
Be more specific first? Pokemon GTS Free? Free Pokemon? Free payments? just what do you mean by that?
Resource markets and product markets are the two payments int he free market circular flow model. Both of these markets are for businesses and households.
If your disability payments are through the VA then they are tax free and are not considered taxable income.
Depends on the type of disability payments you receive. I do not have to pay taxes on my military disability, it is tax free.
