No (why would you think this?)
pluto never gone into any blackhole
Yes, everything can be sucked in to a black hole, even light
When you are sucked into a black hole you'll get destroyed. The matter of your body will remain in the black hole.
False. Nothing actually happened to Pluto itself. All that has happened is that, after discovering several new Pluto-like objects, scentists came up with a new definition for a planet that excluded Pluto.
Essentially, anything that gets too close to a black hole can be pulled into it. This includes (but not limited to) gasses, liquids, solids, and light.
There are hypotheses about so called 'virtual particles' that may travel faster than speed of light, and hence are not sucked up by Black Holes. Also, Black Holes cannot suck another bigger Black Hole, when they meet a bigger one, they get sucked up rather.

you have to go to space and find one and get sucked into the black hole
You could get sucked up by a black hole if you were close enough to feel its gravitational pull more strongly than another force to counterbalance it which would otherwise prevent you from getting sucked inside, such as, for example the orbital inertia which prevents the stars in our galaxy, including the Sun, from getting sucked into the Milky Way's central supermassive black hole.
That's not exactly what happens. What really happens is that they just absorb each other and become a bigger black hole.
it gets sucked up
i believe the black hole crushes the object into another small black hole which just ads to the already infinate space within
Earth would crumple up into tiny bits

Such energy has a mass equivalent (m = e/c2). Any such mass falling into the balck hole will increase the mass of the black hole.
Nothing, not even light, can escape a black hole. So Earth would get caught into the black hole's path and we would be sucked up and crushed to oblivion
