Either because she may still feel a little homesick or sometimes because she eats her poop. If you see her eating her poop, you have to get vinegar and water and put it in a sprayer and spray on the poop. It won't eat it 'cause it doesn't like the smell. Just do it again when it starts to eat it's poop.
If the puppy is only 1 month old you need to soak puppy food in water, get it soft,mash with a fork and let puppy go for it.
Any puppy who will not eat or drink needs to see a vet. Could be anything, but she needs to be checked.

It sounds as though there is something wrong with your puppy, you need to take him to see an animal doctor (a vet) as soon as possible.
