All government jobs should become contractual for a period of 5 years only because even the elected ministers making laws in the parliament for the countrymen have a job for only 5 years; thereafter they too have to compete once again and prove their worth or change job or even take intermediate retirement. For allowing equal opportunities to all the citizens and to share the resources among all, the jobs should be for not more than a period of 5 years. It is ridiculous, depriving and very teasing to those who do not get a job and have to do petty businesses or depend on their relatives whereas those who get a job sit comfortably and securely for all life till old age and generally do not put in much towards professional or employee development and all the worst become corrupt government servants.
