I get that also. I would say go to the doctors he always knows the answer. My opinion its either the dry air, a sinus infection, or a bursted blood vessel. When I called my doctor they said to put vassaline up my nose. I suggest you do that.

Nose bleeds are caused by a rupture of the capillaries in the nose (by irritation or in some unfortunate people excitement/exercise). If you are not bleeding that doesn't mean you are not doing damage. By picking your nose, you make yourself more likely to get colds & viruses.
