I believe finding feathers of all colors is good luck. Black does not mean anything bad is going to happen. We all have animal spirit guides and if you can find out what kind of bird this feather belongs to, it will give you more insight as to what the message of the feather means to you personally. I always keep the feathers I find...I have lots of black ones too.
