A stomach cramp is when the muscles in your stomach tighten up. Which could be cause by numerous things such as: period cramps, needing to make a boul movement, stress and illness.
if you sometimes have cramp before and during your period it can indicate how HEAVY your period is or is going to be and if you mean you have cramp all through the month on and off and not directly around your period and you are worried then book an appointment with your GP because it is more likely than not caused by somwething else Hope i have helped =]
It depends on which type of cramp you're thinking about... If it's a menstruation cramp: hot water bottles and fast walking do the trick for me. If it's a cramp you get from being in a position for too long or turning part of your body the wrong way (i.e., your foot): I would recommend getting up and walking around or stretching the part of your body which has the cramp. Hope that helps!!
Yes it is normal to cramp 2 days before. I cramp 2 days before mine. So yes it is normal.
