:) your period might just be late or you might just be pregant !
First trimester spotting and/or bleeding is fairly common. It is likely that is what you were experiencing.
Like most muscles, the triceps can cramp after a period of exercise, and is usually caused by poor posture, insufficient stretching, or overtraining. Muscles may also cramp as a result of dehydration, or as a result of certain acute medical conditions.

The "Someone" with a cramp will be given pure oxygen because when the "someone" inhales & exhales the oxygen, it releases the soar and cramped body part. -Dr.song university hospitals
The word 'period' means menstruation, which is when uterine lining sheds - if you weren't bleeding then you weren't menstruating. White balls of discharge may be a sign of a vaginal infection so best to talk to your doctor about tests.
chances are you very well may be pregnet regardless of having period. see your OBGYN or clinic now.
I believe it can go both ways. So with that being said if you had sex with out protection then there is always a chance that those cramp's your feeling may be the start to a new pregnancy and you should get checked out or wait to see if you start your period. That's what i thinkBy: Theresa
No. Not necesarily. They may get a light stomach cramp.
Yes, you can get pregnant five days after your period. During a typical 28 day cycle a woman may be fertile from days 7-16, obviously whether you're fertile 5 days after your period depends on your menstrual cycle but there is a good chance. Unless you use fertility awareness method you can't know when you're fertile or not so you should always assume you could be fertile and thus use contraception to prevent unintended pregnancy.
You should be given an Estimated Date of Delivery (EDD) from both your last period AND the ultrsound, and they should match. If the ultrsound date is 2 weeks later than the period date it may be that you ovulated late in that cycle. The due dates for my pregnancies changed several times or more during the nine months. I'd follow the latest due date and you'll be so happy at the end if he/she arrives early. :)
in the first couple weeks of being pregnant your body may feel like your period is going to come on however it is just a feeling. You may get small cramps every now and then if you move too fast or from gas.
This may mean that you period is irregular which you should go to your doctor and it may be a smart idea to take a pregnancy testy
