Yes. Look for Vodka that is 40% alcohol or higher. I use it to help start stubborn fires quite often. Keep a bottle in your backpack for camping, you can start fires with it, disinfect wounds, and get nice and plastered.
Vodka should make a good disinfectant, and the higher the proof the better. This is similar to using rubbing alcohol to disinfect wounds. Be aware, however, that alcohol dries out the skin more than peroxide and can irritate wounds. Also, use plain vodka - save the flavored ones for drinking.

The vast majority of which do not burn as badly as Isopropyl Alcohol. If you're looking for something to disinfect objects with or if you cannot purchase these other products, then like previously suggested -- Vodka would work well.
