This is biological magnification; the concentration of poison in the environment gets higher and higher as it goes up the food chain. The poisons are kept in the bodies of the animals that eat them. They are not broken down or eliminated. So a predator that is higher up the chain gets a lot of the poison from its food.

Obviously, a chain with poison on it.
An ecosystem is a system formed by the interaction of a community of organisms with their environment. so its pretty much a food chain and the environment it is in.
Mainly the buck stops there
A consequence of adding an organism to the food chain is that some of the animals die because the organism could possibly poison anything that eats the organism.
animals are helpful in all aspects because there are decomposers and consumers. Decomposers: they eat the remains of other animals carcasses so that they are not wasted and it is better for the environment Consumers: are the opposite to decomposers they eat animals that eat other animals that creates a food chain and keeps the environment balanced that is why animals are helpful to the environment.
to make sure the other animals do not get overpopulated and cause the food chain to collapse, effecting many animals food.
ECOSYSTEM
poison
It's pretty much invulnerable. Except from humans. A poisonous tree frog as poison in its skin and sweat, making it fatal to animals who attempt to eat it. It's called the poisonous tree frog for a reason
Cynanide, Antimycin
poison
The Mexican wolf is at the top of them chain eating small animals and weak elk and deer, by doing so they have a great positive effect on the environment, sadly they're near extinction.
