One of us has a funny definition of one of the words in the question.
Americans are not, as a whole, "racist" towards Australians.
The majority of Americans are Caucasian, as are the majority of Australians. It's hard to see how you could be "racist" to your own race.
If you mean why do most Americans expect Australians to act like either Crocodile Dundee or Steve Irwin, it's because most people (not just Americans, but people in general) are of below average intelligence (not really, of course, but it sure seems that way sometimes).
Typically yes!, The Americans and Australians have always been very strong allies. We think there great!
yup their racist to African Americans
Yes, English is spoken by both Australians and Americans, though the dialects are different.
Americans
AMERICANS
so they say.
No.
That would be highly unlikely as Mexicans are Americans.
Yes.
Racist!
hello i wanna knoe if don ed hardy is racist against African Americans?
Most of them are not racist to the degree currently portrayed by the media. Were Australians as racist as they are being portrayed, then Australia would not be the richly multicultural country it is.There are people in all cultures all around the world - not just Australia - who judge others in this way.Australia, like all countries, has some people with varying degrees of racism. Also, some actions which may be perceived as racism by others overseas are not necessarily intended to cause offence, but they may well be silly and insensitive. Some Australians may have a completely misguided sense of humour. This is also the case in many other countries and cultures across the globe. The fact that "racist activities" gain so much attention is, in fact, an indication that the great majority of Australians frown upon discrimination. If they did not, then racist activities would not be considered newsworthy.
