IMT have laid off a lot of its staff recently which means previous callage is not being visited and the other 2 players (BAT and JTI) are mopping up what they are leaving behind. They have also thrown a "hail mary" regarding strategy, they are investing all their energies into "make your own" products which in my opinion is not a great idea. If you have shares cash out now coz they going way way down. Not to forget IMT's reputation amongst independents is terrible
