No one instrument measures climate change. Scientists use data from thermometers, wind anemometers and many other instruments. Historical records are very important also. Scientists have measured changes in climate with certain environmental markers as tree rings, ice cores, and temperature monitoring stations.
No one instrument. Scientists use data from satellites, weather balloons and buoys, thermometers, wind anemometers and many other instruments. Historical records are very important also. Climate change is very hard to quantify or measure. Some scientists have measured changes in climate with certain environmental markers as tree rings, ice cores, and temperature monitoring stations.
The different types of weather measuring instruments are used to measure different parameters of the climate change. Some of these instruments include thermometers, barometer, rain gauge, anemometer and hygrometer. OK wait.... um huh no. That dos not answer the question. I don't know what kind of dipsh!t answered it that way. I think the answer is so they know it's correct. Just like a science project. Do you do the experiment only once and know it;s 100% correct? No. Don't think so. But I'm only 3 so I don't know.
The climate of a region is usually described by the the range of temperature the region experiences as well as the total rainfall within a given period (can be a year or a season). The main instruments used to determine the these factors areminimum-maximum thermometerrain gauge
Climate is different to weather because it is weather over a long period of time. Around the world, there are different climate regions. For example: Tundra, temperate, tropical, oceanic, polar and dessert.
