They simply are not. When Jesus came to establish His Church - named after Him as Christian in Antioch - there was only One Church with various local affiliates. Today, there are an estimated 41,000 Christian Church/Organizations worldwide with each teaching some variation of the biblical truths or having different governmental structures. Obviously, they can't all be 'true' but that is the way of mankind.
