Bacteria, though often harmful, are not always bad. Some bacteria in our bodies can eliminate free radicals, things that aren't supposed to be in the body, and provide nutrients. Bacteria can also help digest food. Vaccines and shots have bacteria of the ailment that you are being vaccinated from. Your immune system uses these bacteria to get stronger.
