It depends on who it is exactly. Some British people are very wealthy and are doing much better than most Americans and there are others who do not have as much money as some Americans and have not met their expectations yet.
Generally speaking they do as they have much in common. Of course, as with any nation there will be some that do and some that do not.
British had a much better army and strategy over Americans The Americans did not have enough ammo
It did not affect them that much. The Americans did not have to worry about their finances any more due to the British system.
Yes, as there are people everywhere that immitate countrys accents and make fun of them. Answer The British have a long history of poking fun at almost everything. For an allegedly pompous race they have a remarkable sense of humour, much funnier than American slapstick. The British, unlike Americans, are happy to laugh at themselves, and the British will poke fun at Americans as happily as they poke fun at themselves. Of course, Americans give British comedians a lot to work with.
you should not have to make your friend cooler, you should like you friend for themselves and how much you care about them. don't try and change people.
Of course. As much as New Yorkers from Texans, or 'vanilla' Americans from British, Australian or Canadian people.

it contributed to british identy by showing that the british didn't do anything for the Americans, but that they did fight a lot for heir country. it didn't give the Americans a good view on the British, the Americans then saw them as power hungry fools that would do anything for wealth, while really, that is a very accurate representation of the Americans then, and now.
it is about 10 degrees cooler.
Because they suck balls.
The British were unsuccessful in splitting the land by the Hudson, the Americans start to see how powerful they are, and the colonial army becomes much stronger with the help of the French troops, who help the Americans control the British fleet at Chesapeake Bay and defeat the British led by Cornwallis at Yorktown.
