Why are dogs so crazy whenever there is a laser light?

The same reason that it chases a tennis ball. The dog has a natural instinct to chase, as hunting was a directly an importent part of the wolf's life. A laser light is a favorite of most, as they are not intiminated by the little "bug" and it moves quickly
