This is a good psychology lesson.
People tend to think that ugly people are ugly because they were born that way, and they could not help it. But then think that fat people are fat because they made themselves that way.
Although an ugly person could have made themselves ugly in some way by not taking care of themselves such as bad hygiene And a fat person could have been born with a health problem or a gland issue that hinders them from maintaining a healthy weight.
So the way people perceive those that are ugly versus those that are fat may not be correct but that is what tends to happen among those that ridicule and bully those that are fat or ugly. (Although making fun of someone is never the best option when interacting with another person.)
