When a bee lands on a flower, pollen gets stuck to their legs. As the bees then fly from flower to flower, they deposit the previous flower's pollen, unknowingly fertilizing new flowers and allowing them to reproduce. By attracting more bees (by enhancing their colors and fragrance), the flowers are increasing their own survival.
