Most girls prefer a guy who has feelings and is sensitive, because girls are often like that, and it's much easier to understand each other when you're both sensitive. So the answer is, some girls like sensitive guys, and some girls prefer tough guys.

It could.. At least it can be a start! Most "tough girls" I have dated or known have usually started out by playing football or baseball with the guys. You can also start running and doing some weight bearing exercises, but you will get more of a rough and tough attitude if you play with the guys though!
