The higher you get in the atmosphere, the more cold it is. For example, the earth's core is very very hot, and it gets colder the more away you are from it. Or something like that. :P.
Rain? Clouds are also made out of water droplets (or ice crystals).
They form when liquid water is vapored
Ans: water vapour forming clouds: water that had previously evaporated (turned from liquid to gas) from the seas and ground reaches an altitude where that gaseous water cools to such a point that it precipitates to water droplets.
collection of millions of water droplets and ice crystals are - cloud
Liquid water is changed to water vapor by the process of evaporation (or boiling)Water vapor forms into clouds (liquid droplets) by the process of condensation
Altitude affects the composition of clouds because the troposphere is very cold, so the clouds up higher are made of ice crystals. The clouds in the lower sections are made of water droplets or a mixture of water droplets and ice crystals.
When the dew point is below freezing, the liquid water may change directly into ice crystals.

Many clouds are made up of ice crystals because they are at high altitudes. The higher the altitude, the colder the temperature. Cirrus clouds are primarily made out of ice crystals, since they are located high in the atmosphere.

A ring around the moon indicates ice crystals in high altitude clouds . Storms are caused by lower altitude clouds that are heavily saturated with water vapor.
A cloud is made up of liquid drops or crystals of frozen water suspended in the atmosphere
This is because at those high altitudes, the air is too cold for water to stay as water, so the rising water vapor freezes into ice crystals, to form cirrus clouds, which are wispy because of ice.
water
Condensation occurs when the gaseous water gets to an altitude where it is cold. Once it's at that altitude the temperature causes the water (in gas form) to condense and become clouds with very tiny little liquid water molecules.
Clouds already consist of tiny droplets of water or ice crystals.
