Cheetos are just like potato chips: they are considered junk food, and because of that they tend to be very high in trans fats, bad cholesterol (LDL instead of HDL), and saturated fatty acids. They are also high in salt. All of these ingredients encourage weight gain and obesity, among other health issues if too much junk food is ingested.
