According to Genesis 1: 26 you can read the following. " Then God said: Let us make man in our image, according to our likeness, which means according to the Oxford dictionnary.' being alike ; resemblance, sharing a strong family likeness.' It means that it is in our ability to imitate his quaities and to have the same state of mind, which the Scriptures above show in these words. When God created the human race, he made everything perfect to benefit our well-being in all walks of life. Our Planet Earth is packed with life so abundant and varied as to stagger the imagination, expressed in Genesis 1: 31 in these words. " After that God saw everything he had made, and look ! it was very good. So we can live in a way that can benefit others' life , wth simple things, like a kind word or a touch of a hand, that can make someone's day. That is what it means to live in the likeness of God
