Jumping jacks are a healthy form of cardio-exercise. It raises your heart-beat level and your breathing level causing a burn of calories and a strengthening of the heart. There is also a mild workout of the upper and lower body from the swinging of your arms and the jumping of your legs. If you want a a more lower body workout added, try a squat when you land and jump thereafter. It good.
