O.K. I'm going to give you the best possable anwser, I'm not sure but There very likely. Why? Theres two types, one with ovals as the shape of leaf and one with heart shapes. The one with heart shapes can look like it has four leafs. How? O.K. stay with me, it's big. The way it grows is one of the leafs is bigger so, with the two small ones that look like two oval ones and one big one that looks like two (Because of its shape) it looks like four! Where? The way it grows is hard to manage but the way I did it was toke grass out of one patch and it grew. Note: There only tiny if you start at first.

Who knows, Go Leafs Go!
The origin of the 'heart' symbol is still up for debate. If viewed from a certain angle, the human heart can indeed look like the typical heart shape. So it might have originated from rough attempts to draw that shape.
because they feel like it
The shape of the heart is cone.............
If you look at a human heart at a certain angle you can see the general shape. The actual heart came before the symbolic heart.
The human heart is shaped like a small, crooked, oval with veins at the top.
A two dimensional heart shape is vertically symetrical.
The shape of a heart, often stylized as a symbol of love, does not have any traditional angles like those found in geometric shapes. Instead, it features smooth, curved lines that create a rounded appearance. While the heart shape can be approximated using angles in a more geometric representation, the classic heart shape itself is primarily defined by its curves.
