Noble gases have completely filled orbitals / energy levels. They generally have 8 valence electrons (helium has only 2) and have stable electronic configuration. Hence they are chemically inert, generally donot form compounds under normal conditions and unique.

The noble gases are placed in a separate group in the periodic table because they are extremely non-reactive. They can occur in nature by themselves and don't need another element to stabilize them. Thus they fit into a different category to the other non-metals.

pois seguem a regra do octeto, ou seja, tem 8 elétrons na ultima camada, e são estáveis, isto é, por terem 8 elétrons na camada de Velência não reagem com outros elementos, - se isso acontece desconheço.
