Most people may have various signal issues in your house.
The best solution would be to get the MOFI NETWORK MOFI3500-3GN Version 2 router and put your 4G or LTE stick in the back of the router. Make sure you put the router in a high spot near a window to get the best reception off your provider.
I have seen a lot of cause where people are trying to connect in the basement or other areas in their house and have this issue.
