As not all ORB looking items in a picture is an Orb... sometimes it can be a spirit and sometimes it can be a bug and/or dust. One just never knows really.
Usually if I can see something in the orb, a face or a character to the orb then I do believe it is a spirit.
Such as a smile or something like that or an actual face.. then I do believe it is an orb..
I have really seen smiley faces in orbs!
But orbs have been dismissed a lot as nothing more then dust or even bugs or even rain drops even. So they are not rare.. they are more common in pictures.. but they are rare when it comes to are they a true orb or something else that is not a spirit..
