Because IQ is based on statistics and about one out of every 365 persons is born on that date. Half of the world's population is born before that date and half are born after that date. Half of the people born are smarter then the other half. If someone flips a coin 10,000 times in Podunk and always get heads, then someone, somewhere in the world is flipping tails 10,000 times in a row. IQ is random across a large enough population. The standard deviation from the norm is factual. About 68 percent of the world's population has an IQ of between 90 and 110, and that does not change. Testing methods may change, methodology can be corrected, but the facts do not. Miss it by a second or overshoot it by a second, a specific day, month, day of the week, year, decade or century does not matter. IQ does not matter. Book learning does not matter, Stupid is as Stupid Does said Forrest Gump. Many things can advance an individual to the staus of Vizer, Sage, Wise Man, Prophet or Genius. Everyone seeks Wisdom. or should, and few will find it because of their birthdate.
