Only plants can use the sun's energy to produce chemical energy in the form of glucose, which is then eaten by other animals.
Because they make your sp unk much thicker and smellier.
plants are the only organisms can take sunlight in the form of glucose.
The source of energy for plants is sunlight.
Because it is the source of energy of all living things. plants us it for food and animal eat them and we consume both plants and animals by which we get our source of food from.
the sun is the main source of energy for plants since it helps the most with the process of photosynthesis photosynthesis is the process of a plant making it's food which means it does not rely on other organisms for food
Photosynthesis is the process wherein sunlight and carbon dioxide are utilized to produce the plants' food. Its ultimate purpose is to produce sugar that will serve as the food for the plants.
it allows it to attain food through photosynthesis
both as the ultimate source of food, and the source of oxygen.
plants are not the ultimate source of energy. It is the sun which is the ultimate source of energy to this planet
plants are ultimate source of food because it supports to live human being as well as animal.animals eat plants and we know that every living being contain nitrogen when an animals die their nutrients are being converted into simpler for by bacteria and bacteria dissolve this nutrients into soil and this nitrogen are used by plants again and this process continues on and thus we can say that plants are ultimate source of food
The sun is the ultimate source of all energy in Earth's ecosystems.
, I will answer this question on the basis that you know what a food web is. Well, for those who do not, it is a food chain but encompassing a system rather than focusing on an organism. The ultimate source of energy would be PLANTS! Plants that can generate their own food through nutrients from the soil and with aid from water and sunlight all of which being non living things and thus we conclude as herbivores eat plants and carnivores eat herbivores and other carnivores and plants who generate their own food eat none of the above they are the ultimate source of energy that you would consider in a food web. I am not sure you would consider sunlight as part of the food-web and thus conclude that the sun is the ultimate source of energy, but from what I learnt when I was younger was that PLANTS are the ultimate source of energy. Hope I Helped
If we assume that petroleum was created from decaying plants, the ultimate energy source is the Sun's energy. If we assume that petroleum was created from decaying plants, the ultimate energy source is the Sun's energy. If we assume that petroleum was created from decaying plants, the ultimate energy source is the Sun's energy. If we assume that petroleum was created from decaying plants, the ultimate energy source is the Sun's energy.
Food chains exist on the land and in the sea. Tiny plants in the oceans are the ultimate source of food for all sea creatures.
glucose
the main source of energy of all food chain is the sun.Basically it provides the energy for green plants to overcome the process of photosynthesis, the making of food.
The ultimate source of energy for plants is the sunlight which theycapture it from the sun. It is one of the main components ofphotosynthesis.
