Why are rats scarier then mice?

Rats are scarier than mice for several reasons...

1. They are bigger and scrawlier. Their size is a bit more intimidating.

2. Their eyes and teeth. Rats teeth are larger and most likely sharper; depending how frequently they gnaw on items. As for the eyes, they are sometimes red, which freak some people out. (Especially when they're glowing in movies and such.)

3. Sometimes they seem scarier in comparison to mice. Mice can be sweet and cute. (To some) And mice are sometimes amusing. While rats, well, they aren't the cutest nor the kindest.

4. They tend to bite and are more vicious. (Mice are less likely to nip at people.)

By the way, these facts can be different from another persons view, but most probably would see it like this. Hope this helps!
