Theoretically they can be wrong altogether, but that's beside the point. If one is a follower of a religion, he believes that this religion is right (generally speaking). If one is right about, let us say, Christ being the saviour of mankind and the only way to eternal life, it is not possible for that person to assume that a Muslim is right in saying that Christ is not.
If a christian is acting according to his own example, i.e. Jesus Christ, he will only be intolerant to the religion (the dogmas) and not to the followers of that religion. I think this goes for more religions than just Christianity.
By the way, racist is not a proper word in this context, as race is not involved in this matter. Intolerant would be a more appropriate word.
Some people are taught to and some chose to buy all together it's all wrong
Everything. They have to except each other's races. That's all I'm saying
No, you should not.
I don't see why not. I am Christan but i like a girl who is jewish, and there is nothing wrong with that.
No, like in all states there are a few people who are racist and that is a mistake from them, but it is wrong to call the state a racist state because the majority of the people in Texas are not racist.
because every person thinks his religion is right while other religions with diffrent believes is completely wrong.
Anyone who thinks that the Russian - racists wrong. All sorts of xenophobia and other fools, of course, occur, but no more (and no less) than other nations. Think about it, how can you be racist in a country where more than 180 nations?
AnswerIslam and other religions revealed by God
Asking "Is interracial marriage wrong?" is like asking if it's wrong to have brown hair or whether it's wrong for women to drive automobiles or vote. Racist societies and religions have been lying to people for centuries. It's up to the individual to know what's really right or wrong based on common sense and decency.
A:What can bring Judaism, Christianity and Islam together can already be found in China. Leaders of the two great Chinese religions, Buddhism and Taoism, teach what is believed, but each faith accepts that the other religion believes differently and does not claim that the other is wrong. This is the way forward if Judaism, Christianity and Islam are to be brought together. Followers of each religion must accept that what others believed can not be proven wrong, just as what they themselves believe can not be proven true. This brings about the humility that all the great religions preach, but seldom achieve.
Catholicism, as any other religion does and must, believes that other religions are wrong on moral issues. The amount they believe is wrong and the consequences of this varies from religion to religion.
It depends on your reasons. As the song goes, "Everyone's a little bit racist." If you feel that one race is not as good as the other, then yes, but I get the feeling that is not your situation. If you just feel that it is wrong, or makes you uncomfortable, it is important that you acknowledge that other people might find those views racist, even though you may not think of it that way. If it bothers you, you may want to talk to a counselor to see if you have any underlying issues.
