I have had a converstaion with others, but it could be the artificial horomones in milk and or certain meats. If some girls drink more milk with artificial hormones, that could be a cause.

I've had the Mirena for almost six months now and it is normal for your period to decrease. From what I have read they should balance out within the first 6 - 12 months and are standarly lighter and in some cases (1 out of 5) you don't have a period! As for the sore breast, I've also experienced the same thing and is usual around the time I have my monthly cycle. It sounds like you are experiencing normal side effects from the Mirena BUT don't take my word for it. If you think you could be pregnant it's better to be safe and have it checked out.
