There aren't really wrong questions although there are offensive questions. You are probably asking about wrong answers. This site has only fallible human beings to answer questions. Sometimes we correct each others mistakes, but sometimes we don't. There is only so much time that anyone can afford to spend on this site, and there is only so much knowledge that we have. Some errors do slip through. But on the whole, you will find a lot of accurate information.
