The short answer is that they are not, always. It depends what your criteria are. If I am buying a new blouse I will always look for cotton (natural), because it isn't sweaty and so is comfortable to wear. On the other hand, if I wanted a climbing rope I'd always look for a synthetic fibre such as nylon because it's stronger and doesn't rot. It's all down to the properties of the individual fibre in a particular situation.
natural fabric a sobs more water the synthetic fabric. natural fabric is natural plants. synthetic fabric is man made.
both have pros and cons Synthetic fibers can often be produced very cheaply and in large amounts compared to natural fibers, but for clothing natural fibers can give some benefits, such as comfort, over their man-made counterparts Natural fibers include those produced by plants, animals, and geological processes. They are biodegradable over time. Synthetic or man-made fibers generally come from synthetic materials such as petrochemicals.
Biomaterials can be classified into two main groups: synthetic and natural biomaterials. The latter exhibit several advantages over the former, such as biocompatibility, inherent biodegradability,
natural fibres are like 1st hand things (i know doesn't make sense, i know)... natural fibres like wool come straight of a sheep coat or linen comes from a specific plant... manufactured fibres are like materials made out of a natural fibre like acrylic which is made from wool...they are like 2nd hand things... hope this makes sense _______________________________________________________________ Natural Fibres come from plants, animals and minerals. Manufactured Fibres come from scientific processes and can't be found in nature. (Man-Made)
Synthetic products can be made to suit the task to perfection, they are often cheaper to make so therefore can be sold for less benefiting the consumer. They can be made stronger, lighter and have a better feel on skin when it comes to cloths. While it contains many benefits you must remember what some of them do to the environment.
because it made with plant cell and chemical. so rayon is not considered a true synthetic fiber

Synthetic dyes have varying levels of toxicity depending upon the source, but nevertheless, they are preferred over natural dyes because of the ease of availability and the inexpensive production of large quantities.
Synthetic rubber is a man-made material that functions like natural rubber. Synthetic rubber is made with petroleum, which gives it multiple advantages over natural rubber.
A natural diamond is formed over millions of years under the Earth's crust, while a synthetic diamond is created in a laboratory environment. Bestingems offers a range of natural and synthetic diamonds, each with unique qualities to suit different preferences and budgets.

Natural polymers will degrade over time.... man-made polymers are not biodegradable - and need to be processed.

As a rule, natural hair wigs give a more realistic look and are much more durable than the synthetic hair wigs which are on offer. Natural hair wigs can also be colored in the same way as normal hair could be, which is not the case with synthetic hair.
skeen brov but yeh advanatages r dey r stonger and cheaper than natural materials
1)it absorbs sweat.rayon clothes are therefore preferred over other synthetic fibers in summer. 2)it is shiny and lustrous and resembles silk in appearance.
