Central to Christian belief is that man has a free choice. Therefore, they cannot FORCE you to believe in Easter, because that would be denying you a free choice.
However, you will eventually be called upon to answer for the life choices you have made, before the Almighty. Christians should urge you to believe in the Easter story, because it is at that point where Jesus achieves the goal of allowing us to be reconciled with Almighty God.
Easter baskets are don't have anything to do with the resurrection of Christ. That is something totally different. Christians celebrate Easter, because Christ died for us, and he rose again the third day! Non-Christians celebrate Easter because it's another day of not working!

Christians celebrate Easter to mark Jesus' death. The eggs represent new life and the bunnies and chicks represent babies (young animals aswell as humans) Although you would think it would be a sad day Christians believe Jesus was willing to be killed, and did it to forgive us for our sins.
Yes we Christians believe god has a plan and purpose in our lives. Jeremiah chapter 29 says God has great plans for us.
Because it is the time when the Missaha arouse from the dead, he gave his life for us and without him we would be dead. The Missaha proved himself indeffinettely that he was the son of god by walking umoungst us!
Pretty much all of them that have christians in them (or people that dont belive in any religion) ;)
Easter is a season of joy because Christians are rejoicing in the resurrection of Jesus. On Good Friday Jesus died to ransom us from our sins. Though this is to help us, Christians still mourn His absence from them, for as Jesus said in St. Luke 5:35, comparing Himself to a bridegroom, "But the day will come, when the bridegroom will be taken away from them, then they shall fast in those days." But on Easter Jesus rose from death, and so Christians rejoice. (Bible verse from the Douay-Rheims Bible.)
Christians believe that Judaism laid the foundation for Christianity and our Messiah and Savior Jesus Christ, but that God gave us Christianity to be forgiven through salvation.
Christians remember the resurrection of Jesus on Easter Sunday, which signifies his victory over death and the fulfillment of his mission to save humanity. Easter is the holiest day in the Christian calendar and is celebrated with joy and hope as a symbol of new life and faith.
Christians generally believe that science is a valuable tool that can help us understand the world and improve our lives. They see science as a way to discover more about God's creation and to further appreciate His wisdom and design. Many Christians also believe that using science to help others is a way to fulfill their mandate to love and serve their neighbors.
We believe that the people that were obedient to Jesus and God will go to heaven to be with them, to homes that Jesus is preparing for us.
Easter is, because it is a celebration of the Resurrection. The belief in the Resurrection is a critical defining point of Christianity. Many non-Christians may acknowledge the birth, existence and death of Jesus, but it is the Resurrection that is a purely Christian belief. Christmas is a very close second, because of the incarnation aspect of Jesus' birth.
