Muscles that are under your control are known as voluntary muscles. The arms, legs, and face muscles are prime examples, as they are muscles under your control.
You can consciously control skeletal muscles in your body, such as those in your arms, legs, and face. These muscles are responsible for voluntary movements.

Involuntary muscles are muscles that work without conscious control, such as those in the heart and digestive system. Voluntary muscles are muscles that we can control, like those in our arms and legs. Involuntary muscles function automatically to keep our body working properly, while voluntary muscles allow us to move and perform actions intentionally.
Voluntary muscles are muscles that you have the ability to consiously control, like your arms, legs, face muscles etc.. And involuntary muscle is one that is moved automatically and unconsciously (i.e. you don't have to think about moving them) by a part of the brain, like your heart or digestive system. Your lungs are an example of both: they breath automatically, but you can also control them.
